It depends.
If you and your partner are BOTH carriers of CF, then you have a 1 in 4 chance of having a baby with CF.
If only one of you and your partner are CF carriers, then your children would should actually have CF, but they may end up being carriers of CF.
Many people are carriers of CF without knowing and have healthy families – however if I was a carrier I would need to know my partner’s status before deciding on children.
