Medical Question for Those Who Have Cystic Fibrosis?
Symptoms: Tired, unable to focus, headache, sleeping but not feeling well rested, appetite suppressed slightly, slightly anxious,
If anyone who has cystic fibrosis or is a medical professional that can give me some clues. I can give some more information if needed.
Sorry that the post was very general. Obviously I have the disease. I am asking if anyone who has this disease has experienced any of these symptoms on top of the everyday symptoms that occur. Yes, I have the availibilty to seek professional advice from my doctor just wondering if anyone who also has cf has had anything like this? Thanks, Hope this is more specific for the two people who posted below.

why you are worried about cystic fibrosis I have no idea. In cystic fibrosis you would be bringing up lots and lots of mucus. and seeing as you havent mentioned it (and I think it would be something you would mention!) im going to assume that your not experiencing it!!!
the other symptoms are all very non specific and therefore without speaking to you properly or being able to examine you, it is impossible to say. if you are worried about it, then speak to Dr who will be able to take a proper history from you and examine you. dont post stuff up on forums where you are going to get advice from people who are not medically qualified.
Wow. You don’t have that. Here’s why.
1. You would know by the time you could read a book, because doctors test new born children for CF if they do not pass *****.
2. You would have suffered from pneumonia, sinusitis, and intestinal congestion numerous times, causing you to be under the care of various physicians for medication regimen’s.
Hi im 20 and i have CF. I had some of these symptoms not long ago and found that i had diabetes alongside cf. Apparently it is more common for it to come on between 18 and 22 years…i dont know how old you are?? But also it could be an infection coming on? Has your cough got any worse or has Colour the of your mucus changed to a darker shade?? I would go to your doctor just incase. When i was diagnosed with diabetes as well i had lost weight, felt tired all the time even when i had enough sleep and was just generally not interested in doing much. Also with cf diabetes is on a sliding scale so you may just have the starting effects like i did which just meant cutting out fizzy drinks and things like that for now. Best thing is to see you cf doctor! Just in case! Good luck. I hope its nothing!
