Doin a porject on Cystic Fibrosis! any help is MUCH appreciated!

1. Describe what someone with the disease would notice and feel. What would doctors find when doing a test or examination.
2. How serious or fatal is the disease. What effect does it have on normal living?
3. Is it inherited? If so which gene is responsible
4. what is the typical age of diagnosis?
5. How does the malfunctioning cell cause problems
