Love your attitude Lauren, its really refreshing. Im 28 and have had CF since birth. I have always set goals for myself, am a qualified ski instructor, personal trainer, fitness instructor, spin instructor, and had a tennis scholarship to USA. I have always been competitive, and have always tried to find an edge with mental toughness, as many non- CF ppl dont really maximise this.
Anyways, keep working hard, and believing in urself.
Hi Lauren. My Name is Chelcie, im 16 years old. I have CF also. It got really bad and i was admited to the hospital. On July 13, 2009 I had a Double Lung Transplant. Im doing great now! Your a brave girl. CF is not easy. Just keep going strong and you will continue to do great. Bless you!

I wasted money on cigarettes for a very long time. I understand it damages my overall health therefore I wish to stop smoking though it’s almost impossible. None of the stopping aids helped me. Then I heard about the e-cigarettes. It has practically improved my life. No longer breathing smelly smoke feels exceptional!
